There are excessive circuits in Over-wired panels
There is an enhanced threat of electrocution in damp rooms, for example, kitchens and bathrooms. The threat is high here. You can swap previous receptacles with GFCIs. It is an uncomplicated work that can be done by anyone. No expertise is needed. You need to go to that main breaker room to install breakers every time it creates issues. But when you do it, a threat will be minimized.
